2.1 Eligibility for Refund
- Refunds are applicable only for products that are defective, damaged upon arrival, or not as described on our website.
- To be eligible, items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
2.2 Non-Refundable Items
- Gift cards.
- Downloadable software products.
- Certain health and personal care items.
- Products damaged due to misuse or accidental damage by the customer.
2.3 Refund Process
- To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service at support@vayuratha.com with your order number and details of the issue.
- Our team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the item, if applicable.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.
2.4 Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
