4. Return Policy

Our return policy outlines the conditions under which products purchased from Vayuratha can be returned.

4.1 Return Window

• You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

4.2 Conditions for Return

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• Your item must be in the original packaging.
• Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

4.3 How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact our customer service team at returns@vayuratha.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
3. Ship the item back to the address provided by our customer service.

4.4 Shipping Costs for Returns

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
• For defective or damaged products, Vayuratha will cover the return shipping costs.

4.5 Inspection and Processing

• Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
• We will immediately notify you on the status of your return after inspecting the item.
• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund or exchange as per your request and our Refund Policy.
