Refund Policy (Course Fees)
Applies to all course enrollment fees. Last Updated: November 18, 2025
Our refund policy is structured based on the commitment required for DGCA-approved courses. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to rpto@vayuratha.com.
1. Refund Eligibility for Courses
- Cancellation before Course Start (7 days or more): If a student cancels enrollment **7 or more working days** prior to the scheduled course start date, a refund of the full course fee, minus an **administrative charge of 10%** of the total fee, will be processed.
- Cancellation close to Course Start (Less than 7 days): If a student cancels enrollment **less than 7 working days** prior to the scheduled course start date, a refund of the full course fee, minus a **cancellation fee of 20%** of the total fee, will be processed.
- Cancellation After Course Starts: **NO REFUND** will be issued once the course has officially begun (i.e., after the first day of ground school).
- Failure to Meet Eligibility: If a student fails to provide mandatory documentation (e.g., medical certificate, required ID) resulting in the inability to start the course, the cancellation policy above applies.
2. Deferment of Course
Students may request a **one-time deferment** to a later batch, free of charge, provided the request is made **7 days or more** before the original course start date. Deferment requests made later may incur an administrative fee.
3. Refund Processing
All eligible refunds will be processed and credited back to the original payment method within **15-30 working days** from the date of refund approval.
