Return Policy (Physical Products)

Applies to physical products only (e.g., FPV Kits, components, merchandise). Services are non-returnable.

1. General Policy

• **Training Services:** All training services and courses are non-returnable. Please refer to the **Refund Policy** for cancellations.
• **Product Eligibility:** Physical products (e.g., drone kits, tools, apparel) may be eligible for return if they are **unused, in the original packaging, and in resalable condition.**

2. Timeframe for Returns

You have **7 days** from the date of delivery to request a return for a physical product.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Opened electronic components or FPV parts once soldering or assembly has begun.
• Products damaged due to misuse, accidental damage, or improper handling by the customer.
• Digital downloads or course materials provided separately.

4. Process for Returns

To initiate a return, please contact us at rpto@vayuratha.com with your Order ID and reason for return. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
