Shipping Policy

Applies to physical products (e.g., kits, merchandise) and official documents.

1. Shipment of Physical Products

• Processing Time: Orders for physical products (FPV kits, etc.) are processed within **2-3 business days**.
• **Delivery Time:** Shipping within India typically takes **5-7 business days** after processing.
• **Shipping Costs:** Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of the order.

2. Shipment of Official Documents

The DGCA Remote Pilot Certificate (RPC) and other official course completion documents are dispatched to the student's registered address via secure courier. This typically occurs within **10 business days** following the final certification process completion and DGCA approval.

3. Damage and Loss

If you receive a damaged package, please refuse the shipment if possible or note the damage immediately with the courier. Please notify Vayuratha within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage so we can file a claim and arrange for a replacement.
