By enrolling in any course or using services provided by Vayuratha Private Limited ("Vayuratha," "we," or "us"), you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Enrollment and Eligibility
- Enrollment Confirmation: Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of the full course fee or the agreed-upon advance payment.
- DGCA Requirements: All students for DGCA-certified courses must meet the minimum eligibility criteria (age, education, medical fitness) and provide necessary documentation as specified by the DGCA and Vayuratha. Failure to provide documents on time may lead to course deferment or cancellation.
2. Course Conduct and Attendance
- Mandatory Attendance: Attendance for all scheduled theory and practical sessions is mandatory as per DGCA regulations. Absence may result in a non-completion status.
- Safety: All students must strictly follow the safety instructions given by RPAS Instructors during practical flight training. Any deliberate or reckless breach of safety protocols may result in immediate dismissal from the course without a refund.
- Use of Materials: Course materials, including manuals and presentations, are the intellectual property of Vayuratha and are provided solely for the student's personal educational use. Reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
3. Certification and Examination
- Successful completion of the course and passing the requisite examinations (Theory and Practical) is required for Vayuratha to recommend the student for the DGCA Remote Pilot Certificate (RPC).
- Vayuratha is responsible for providing quality training but does not guarantee success in the final examinations.
4. Liability
Vayuratha is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damage or loss (including loss of profits) resulting from the use or inability to use our services, except in cases of proven gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of Vayuratha.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
